Rainy Evening Poem by Deb Panda

Rainy Evening

Tops are veiled beneath heavy clouds-
In chimney’s rise till limitless grey
Exploded along the reverse bang
And strewn as vivid images in eye
Thy is the soul kindles in east-
While eyes are swept through past
Remembered with a gentle blow the song
Covered with mist; grief passes by-
Evening numbers stormed to mind-said
May hard and gloom be the way;
To raid is to difference do laid
‘lift this soul’-and I take the joy
