Rays Of Dreams Poem by Rik Bertrand

Rays Of Dreams

Rating: 5.0

I lie here on the water's edge,
Staring and wondering of what I see.
Our those dreams and prayers aloft,
Or Gods rays shining down on me.

Although shadowed by the wilting clouds,
The connection is clear by far,
And though the clouds, it is still bright and sunny,
There must be an angels star.

The angels Star is the beacon of light,
That shines for those in need,
And when dreams and Prayer are aloft,
That is where they all tend to meet.

As I watch across the water's surface,
I see this devout vision so fine.
And wonder if my Dreams are there,
Finding their place in line.

REB (MARCH 2012) because I see the Rays of Dreams
