My base will always be a Root
fruit is the flesh of the vegetation
remember when I said fruits and veggies are the same?

Roots
Stem
Bark (like cinnamon)
Fruit
Seeds
Water
and or liquid from plant
now do not confuse all liquids from plants to be edible like the Rubber Tree
i will only use Oils in my drinks if I need to create a Super Tonic or Elixir
i learn from many Root Doctors and Indigenous Alchemist onground and by book which they authored and I made sure of that by following up with an email to them
