I am reborn each year
and hear
from friends and relatives near
"happy birthday to you" dear
what is new in it?
people come with good mood and greet
exchange pleasantries
with gifts and smile
yes life goes on
some more work is shown
the ideas are flown
in the right direction
never looking back
as so much work is there to stake
leave no room for conceptual work
add more fragrance with the words
yes, the birthday reminds
and finds
the respect for the days gone
new zeal and energy have shown for coming days
