Red Hot Passion Poem by Paula Glynn

Red Hot Passion

I play your song,
And my heart is on fire.
I feel your passion consume me,
For if this is hell, take me there now,
And show me those devil horns.
I need your stolen kisses,
I need your rough, tough, tender caresses,
As I feel my body temperature rise,
Like the heat of a desert.
And I want no one to rescue me from this hell,
I want to be condemned,
If it means being with you.

You set me on fire,
As I feel my body temperature increase,
And my inhibitions decrease,
As you touch, mould and caress my body,
Because I feel you in my heart, body and soul.
You are my wild lover,
And you play me like a wild card,
As we sleep together under the sheets,
And I kiss you hungrily,
Our passion for each other all consuming,
No one else to see our bodies in the moonlight.

Fire connects us with its heat,
And this could never be labelled deceit,
No matter the boundaries that set us apart.
In day-to-day life, they would be shocked,
If they saw us in love,
But we have nothing to hide,
We are loyal lovers,
And royal in our way of life,
So kiss this eager and loving smile,
And let us roam free,
For we are cosmic soulmates,
No matter what they may say.
