Reflections Of My Life Poem by Mario, Lucien, Rene Odekerken

Reflections Of My Life

A face in the mirror,
marked by time and moments,
each line a story,
each shadow a memory.

The laughter of youth still lingers,
like whispers in quiet corners,
while the weight of choices rests,
silent, but present.

The days pass, weaving a tapestry,
colors bold and muted,
bright joys, deep sorrows,
all threads of the same cloth.

I see dreams that soared,
and those that fell like leaves,
forgotten in the winds of change,
yet part of me, still.

The reflection does not judge,
it only watches,
offering truth without mercy,
a silent companion in my journey.

This is life, my life,
a river flowing to an unseen sea,
and in its current, I find
both loss and peace.
