Relationship Vs. Self-Growth Poem by Sumali Nagarajan

Relationship Vs. Self-Growth

Rating: 5.0

Agreed you are not getting what you want
Nor am I
But why be rude
Why bid the relationship goodbye?

Agreed that we are not perfect
No one is
But why not work on our imperfections
Rather than criticize?

Agreed that ethics in work are difficult
Impossible in life
But why leave the path of righteousness
When we could have strived?

Agreed that it's hard to sustain relationships
A source of stress everywhere
But why not ‘push the cart uphill' together?
Those times we will cherish
Those moments we will savor
Ultimately leading to self-growth
Come! Let's embark on this journey together!
