Silent Night
Silent night, you n me
Back again, after an eternity
Mad rush, during the day
Children's chatter, fills matter grey
Silent night, feels so right
Day's chaos, out of sight
Night welcomes, with open arms
Slight chill, yet feels warm
Seen moon, gazed at sky
Eyes closed, but feelings belie
Silent night, just embrace me
Mind calm, ready to sleep
Silent night, you n me
Back again, how lovely!
