When you sit
Is still and immobile.

Release
The free spirit
Let it wander all over.

Traverse
The mountains
Swim in the streams.

Breathe
Fresh air from
Bushes and the trees.

Capture
The beauty of
Flowers in bloom.

Hear
The call of
Creatures in the wild.

Ride
On the clouds
Floating in the sky.

Swing
In the waves
Touching the shore.

Immerse
Ego of self
In spontaneous urge.

Return
With a feeling
Of newness everywhere.
