Remain Happy
Remain happy
Friday,28th May 2021
I ask often myself
how much wealth is hidden on the shelf?
I get an answer
it offers me a reply satisfactorily
I am not the person to be easily cowed down
but make it known
that they are mistaken
I shall show them the exit door even
what if they don't speak a word!
show me scant respect and look downward
I ignore them to be heard
and always look forward!
I search for the answer within
what have I not seen?
the hidden talent
and ignorantly failed to present
I can make my day
and enjoy in my way
let the beautiful moment not pass away
for the want of peace and joy
