Remembering The Future Poem by Daniel Muller

Remembering The Future

Rating: 4.5

Once I remembered my future, I lived my past.
I took the stage and played the part
I sought, I found and won the heart

I tamed the lion,
I came to see
I sat down,
and got my cards three

I left the wagon to breath the air,
I felt the land and turned to stare.

Why would she always be there?

And still I bleed but feel no pain
The cross I sought within my hand

I dance all night and play to fight
I walk all day and then I sleep.

I sought, I fought and won the heart
And know I'm going to have been here before.

very good, Narnia-like reasoning trying to tame and make sense of what is, was and will be, very thought provoking, keep writing and sharing....please check out my poems, I'd appreciate it...
