Repentance Takes Work

Repentance takes work
It takes a work to will
To turn from sin unto God
While you are able to still
What's keeping you from that act
Has the devil got you in chains
Christ can break the shackles of sin
And make you whole again

We are creatures of habit
We fall into the same old rut
But the grace of God can rescue you
Where everything else you've tried won't
Prayer is still available
God's at the ready to aid
Call upon Him today my friend
It'll be the best plan you could ever have made

Grace...grace...wonderful grace
Can be partaken from the Saviour's cup
He shed His blood to take care of your sin
Come to His table and sup
Turn ye..turn ye...why will you die
Without hope and a plateful of sin
Come to the Saviour today and be blessed
Repent and put faith in Him!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
