Resentment As The End Poem by Gabhriel Londe

Resentment As The End

Rating: 5.0

When they had rid themselves of their first scapegoat
To send their problems away with it,
It came back as the demon Azazel.

If a goat, in its resentment, could do that,
What worse things could humans become?
What could this world create?

Someday, we will find out,
But we won't be around long enough
To get to realize it.

Gabhriel, This piece game me great pause- the world, in all it's madness, can create the worst in us. The resentment can give-way to forgiveness, if we are made aware in time... And in that forgiveness, the heart opens up and allows in, the most powerful thing on earth- Love. _A magnificent write, Resentment as the End This is without a doubt, Great Ink! ; -) -Kelly.

The mind and heart have spoken and shown through this well penned write that in this World there is Good and Evil in every area of life! Like I said in one of my recent posted poems: Your action in life gives you away! This a very interesting and thought provoking write that shows you talent! 10+++ Thank you for sharing and keep it up! God Bless You! Romeo-New York City
