Restaurant Basics (Lost Pages) Poem by Cherokee Akan Ewe

Restaurant Basics (Lost Pages)

grand opening should be nobody present for the first week
only drive-ups and slow drive-byes
who peek and observe the new service and product to be expected
make sure you point of contacts are listed via web through local Chamber of Commerce
and your own way on the door to the window
depending on your style and neighborhoods of the surrounding communities
have the potential customers leave you
voicemails
emails
and make sure to video record how many walked up to the door
to the ones who drove by observing
as every tally counts
and divide by the hours
gather the information of surrounding businesses and when they go on break
from private to federal to municipal to state
incorporate those international holidays into your menu
as daily to weekly to monthly specials
and make sure you put into the holiday special as no disrespect to their rivals or people who endured a setback or loss
as it is just business
of chartalism
using the idea of "money"
second week give out ten plates for free a day
making sure you get into the mindsets of the four categories of workers stated
and college students too
three week fully open for seven days
and fourth week extend the opening times by breaking then opening to get the graveyard shift people and especially weekend heads...
from there you should have gathered all of your information needed according to that month of a particular season
depending on the location worldwide you see
cause every location doesn't have multiple seasons....
