Retreat Treaty

Rating: 3.0

Retreat treaty

I thought you were having fun
In bed and in the sun
Now i sit on the bench in the park
You left a permanent mark
On the bench
And In my bed

Was it a dream?
In the park eating cream
In bed doing stuff
Rough enough
Sharing our lives
Alive

Now you are gone
I mourn
I ask why
You left me high and dry
No goodbye
Why?

Even in war they do treaties
Peace treaties
Armistices
Detente
I'm waiting out in the street
For your retreat treaty

Retreat treaty
