Many poems go unread
I feel like dead
Gloom descended and pushed me to the dead end
Hasmukh Amathalal Mehta"
I felt so insulted
When someone told me it is unsuited
As such a theme can be called negative thinking
And creates no good inkling
I was taken aback
When it was staked
That such things should not be aired
I sensed that he was feared
Why people should fail
To report what is truth and must avail
At the given opportunity
And enforce the remedy
"Sir, My poems are not read"
"I feel like the dead"
I took his cause
Thought over it and paused for a while
Why should a poet be given cold shudder?
Can we not console him and offer
With some comments about his creation
I thought over it and addressed the question
