River Poem by Justin Chan

River

Rating: 5.0

Ah, the flowing waters,
Of the crystal river.
Flow, for lovely daughters,
Of the elders of silver.

Of the highborn mountains,
In the forest green.
Past the sparkling
fountains,
Of the silv'ry sheen.

There, the winding river,
Towards the deep blue sea.
It's waters shine of silver,
A sight for all to see.

Flows the endless river,
Now in that sea of blue.
Saltier now than ever,
Seawater through and
through.
