Room Service Poem by Lauren Coles

Room Service

I'm not hungry for dinner but I'm hungry for love,
We meet people everyday in passing through the day,
The bedroom isn't the place to be when the kids come home from school or their other activities,
We need to find a place to unpack the day while you kiss me,
A hotel room is definitely the place for us,
Chocolate and candy,
A nice cozy blanket,
I hope the bill won't skyrocket because it's going to be high for how much I love you.
