Rose So Dark Poem by Berta Vieira

Rose So Dark

Rating: 5.0

Rose so dark
your soul reflects my gloom.
Your thorns so harsh,
fill my being with doom.

I watch you as you sway,
in the frost chilled breeze.
Your unforgiving eyes,
bring me to my knees.

I cry at your feet, begging pleading,
for your curse to pass through.
Instead of passing,
you fill my mind with thoughts of you.

Rose so dark
so filled with misery
take my life
relieve me of this insanity.
