Unspoken Words Poem by Berta Vieira

Unspoken Words

Rating: 5.0

You speak to me
through unspoken words
tears replace them
your thoughts unheard

Your sorrow overflowing
like raindrops falling from the skies
an entanglement of emotions
hidden behind sad eyes

I reach out to touch you
not wanting to let go
hoping to kiss one last time
your tears as they flow

I am longing to kiss
your tears from your face
and leave there only
love and happiness in their place
