Said You Raped Me But I Lied Poem by Ramona Thompson

Said You Raped Me But I Lied

Rating: 0.5

I never saw your candle
You would't allow it
So I started a rumor
Gave birth to a flame
A fire that once taken life
Blew out of control
Just like an angry torando 's winds
You would't shine your love
On this sad broken heart of mine
So now till the end of time
I hope that it will haunt you
Through the dawn and far into every night that follows
Ashamed to be seen in the light of day or the glow of the moon
Shattering your dreams
Wrecking your life
I will be the one
I will be the one
You will never again forget

Said you raped me but I lied
'Cause you gave me more pain inside then I could ever bear
Said you raped me and no I don't think it's wrong
'Cause I still feel your rejection of my love so strong inside
Said you raped me but I lied

With all of my soul
I'll bury you underneath the very worse of my pain
For with mere words
You torn my heart apart and denied me
Denied me a taste
My taste of your Heaven
So hellish and so untrue
I say to you
Screw you
For so many of these reasons and more
In so many wicked ways
Your life I have just begun to destory
Hate you forever
I need you to know
I am the one
I am the one
The thorn eternally inside of your rose

Said you raped me but I lied
And no I don't feel that it's wrong
To take you down
Every day and every night
Wreckin' your dreams
Blowing up your life
I am the one
I am the one
Your worst nightmare come to life

Said you raped me but I lied
'Cause you gave me more pain inside then I could ever bear
Said you raped me and no I don't think it's wrong
'Cause I still feel your rejection of my love so strong inside
Said you raped me but I lied
