Sailing Away Poem by Putri Misnia Shary Bahri

Sailing Away

Rating: 5.0

Saying goodbye like sailing away
Deepest love must be forgotten
Wash away the pain of the sea
Healing ain't as easy as
forgotten intention

Healing is a moving part
Forget mentally, physical, from
the deepest of the heart
Need to erase in wholeheartedly
That once was you, erased
memories erased in the heart

Through seasons changing, the
weather shifts
Saying goodbye like planting
seeds and replanting new ones
Life as we know never was
permanent
Just a temporary place
