A-rm with a great love for his family and nation
N-urtured by a great advocacy for posterity
O-ver every hills and valleys of the CAR Region.

B-eauty of an officer akin to a man of action
A-ware of his duties and mandate to his agency
N-ever been involved in graft and corruption
G-reatly convicted to serve with integrity
G-earing to emulate service with all passion
O-n protecting the environment in every locality
L-oved by many for being kind with good conviction
L-iving to live for others is your own advocacy
A-n attitude and a character worthy for emulation
