Sanctum Sanctorum Poem by chandra thiagarajan

Sanctum Sanctorum

Rating: 4.3

Our mind is ever restless and bustling.
Outside world and the surroundings
ever clamor for our senses' attention.
It is greatly sickening
we are ever engaged
in the hulla baloo and tumult.
Amidst all this agitation
and the cacophony of noise
to hear the silence
you tranquillize yourself
a cool change engendering.
By absorbing positive vibrations
focusing on the inner precincts
get a new amiable life
with peace, harmony and joy to prevail
in our mind -the Sanctum Sanctorum.

Occasionally withdrawing from the tumult and confusion of life, we should plumb the abyss of our inner being to enjoy peace! Meditation will help us experience this inner calm. Such moments can greatly rejuvenate our fatigued minds! Great write!
