Satori Poem by fraidoon warasta

Satori

to attain it
one should ask those
who don't know its abode

above my head
exalted in platinum birch trees
the cawing crows
nestling intuitively beyond the rippling clouds
the noises of this small town
absorbs in their blackness

in a sudden breath the trees open
a small window
with no purpose
sky depicts the emptiness with a
toneless blue

dusk begins
with a sunrise

there abides its splendour
in the crowness
