Savouring Wisdom
Wisdom sets a table
And sends her servants out
To all seeking insight
Inviting them to eat and drink
For wisdom is a dish
Matured over time
Few savour its delights
I like the image of wisdom as a dish. Something we slowly and digest. The higher our hunger for truth and wisdom, the more invitations to the table we may get. Thought provoking and excellent poem
