Sea Of Insecurities

I'm struggling
to see something great in me
It doesn't even have to be great
just acceptable
Because I find myself swimming again
In a sea of insecurities
And it's getting hard not to notice
That the tide is rising
I've been treading a long time
How much longer do I have to keep this up?
