Searching For Montezuma

I hate when there's a splat
before I've even sat.
Such things make me blush
before I even flush,

You shouldn't have to run
from some project that you're doing.
It takes out all the fun
of the labors you're pursuing.

That Montezuma guy, I've never met,
but if I ever do, then you can bet,
that absolutely, positively I will get
my own sweet revenge.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I've done some research on Montezuma, and learned that while he was being held captive by Hernán Cortez, he was stoned to death by his own people. I bet I know the reason why...
