Searching For You Poem by Gaura Devi

I went around again searching for You
I lose my eyes crying through the mountains.
Again through grey roads, stranger to my home.
I was asking for You everywhere,
did anyone see my beloved Master?
People were laughing at me in the corners
of the street
I went around searching for You,
again I lost You, when I felt secure in Your love.
I suddenly remembered the words of an ancient poem:
"It's like a lotus flower where He is standing
and there when we find His lotus feet, we rest.
Now I have finished my journey."
