If you fall and break your leg
Stand up and begin again.
You may limp while running
But run, run again.
If your heart is torn, and you twist in pain
Gather yourself and begin again.
You may cry while singing
But sing, sing again.
No matter what
There is always a new beginning,
New promise of ascension to heaven.
Begin, begin again.
O man,
Who can defeat a soldier
Who fights back again and again?
None is defeated ever
Until he gives up, or dead and fallen.
Shine of success would fade one day,
Shadow of sorrow would dissolve one day.
None, absolutely none is there
To pain, or please you for ever.
Only your infallible courage to continue can turn
Shadow into sheen,
Sorrow into solace, grief into gleam.
Look at Sun-
He is burning and dying.
Yet, has he stopped smiling?
No. Night might hide his smile for a while
But he begins again.
Begin again.
If you fall, begin again; if you lose, begin again.
O man,
Begin again and again.
