Secrets Poem by Tobbie WhiteBird Crowe

Secrets

Rating: 5.0

I love you;
You have heard me say it,
You have said as much to me.
Friendly hugs,
Gentle kisses,
Holding hands,
Just as friends.

We have;
Hid behind the words.
Lovers are a dime a dozen,
Friendship hard to hold.
You'd rather lose a lover
Then lose a friend.
Just be my friend.

I find;
I would do anything
To keep you in my life,
To keep you close
Even say we're just friends
When in reality;
You are my life...
