teaching a subject problematic
complex desires requires
an intimate knowledge of subject
material plus preparation with view;
to students taught strengths weaknesses
class ability comprehension levels
learning techniques student appropriate
plus an x factor teacher ability to instant;
access answers allowing the dawning
of understanding opening mind's eye
many years teaching thinking on feet;
experiencing many multiples of sticky difficult
questions leads to technique instant access
to solutions answers classroom university influences;
more care in word choices
clarity use of more adjectives
engaging encouraging examples
defines the cutting edge between;
choice instances of inspired talent
genius and dull no class comprehension
interaction engagement so much depends
upon in-depth subject knowledge preparation;
teaching skills class ability personalities
but a defining line is demarcation marked
by who wants to really teach who wants;
to really learn attain an education Einstein
said genius is 1% inspiration 99% perspiration
to learn requires working muscle brain doing hard yards;
