Like seeds sown in tender earth
our love blossomed pure from
birth through seasons of life it
grew nourished by moments
old and new
Spring's warmth brought tender
shoots summer's heat passionate
fruits autumn's hue a harvest gold
winter's snow a love
that never grew old
But like petals that
fall and seeds
that stray our love's
fate in time's
own way will it bloom forever or
fade away? Only time and
heartache will say
