Seen On Ground Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Seen On Ground

Whole mankind have changed
The artificial attachment is preferred
Where is the time to look at moon?
We are going to mentally asylum soon

Where is that craze?
When we used to remain unfazed?
Go for nature’s refuse
And silently refuse

Hear beautiful melodies of birds
Try to find out useful message in their word
Think of greatness that nature had!
New enthusiasm was not at all dead

Spring is afraid
As trees are almost cut and laid
Birds have migrated
The sun is behind high rise buildings and not sighted

Everybody is on run
For food and livelihood to earn
No one can even look around
Even if happiness is seen on ground
