Self alone

To whom can you trust?
and to whom you mistrust?
the question is trustworthy
and must be answered silently

who can claim straightaway?
it is yourself in any way
you got to find the way
and comfortably stay

ask not often
if so, you shall be desperately driven
by the fact that everybody is selfish here
so you got to keep fear from everybody

you can't trust and that not even you
even with an undecisive factor, you shall pass through
the unknown terrain
and suffer the drain

So trust your own
conscience and remain
possessive about self alone
other ideas be kept flown
