I lost my smile, it was radiant and bright
For pleasing you to stay in my life
I lost my standards, compromising and compromised
For love sake, to keep you in my life
I lost my respect, sacrificing it all
In pursuit of your love, I took the fall.

Now I have regain my vain
I will nurture
my smile,
my standard and
my grace
My inner soul to embrace
Time for self discovery
Time for self recovery

I shall raise from the dust
To reclaim my life to its best
