Self-Reiki Poem by EU STRESS

Close your eyes;
Plunge and delve inward,
And
Feel the vibration of the universe
Amalgamating with your heart-beat.

The universe reflected through:
The dawning of the day
The shuffling of the waves
The echoing of the breeze
The swaying of green tree tops;

The soaring of the white swans
The blooming of the white lotus
The dancing of the white peacock
The tossing of the silver shoal
The romping of the golden fawn.

Place your palm upon your heart,
Touch your heart drumming to the rhythm
Of the dancing universe
In perfect harmony with its supreme Creator.

Feel the ecstasy in
Embracing the light of the universe
In the tender caress of your soul.

I wrote this poem on reading a book - Reiki Energy Medicine by Libby Barnett and Maggie Chambers, when I realized that I had been practising some of the Reiki Resolution Techniques even without having learnt them or knowing their actual significance.
