In the mirror of my mind, I see a reflection,
A soul searching for love and affection,
A heart that's fragile, a spirit that's torn,
A journey of self-discovery, waiting to be born.

Self-esteem, a delicate flower to tend,
A journey of growth, a path to mend,
To nurture the roots, of self-worth and pride,
To let go of doubts, that linger inside.

In the depths of my being, where shadows reside,
I seek to find solace, in the chaos that hides,
To embrace my flaws, my imperfections and all,
To stand tall and proud, and answer the call.

Self-esteem, a journey of self-love and care,
To embrace my uniqueness, to be aware,
Of the beauty within me, that shines so bright,
To let go of the darkness, and step into the light.

In the silence of the night, where dreams take flight,
I whisper affirmations, to banish the fright,
To let go of the doubts, that hold me back,
To embrace my worth, and stay on track.

Self-esteem, a dance of confidence and strength,
To believe in myself, no matter the length,
To stand up tall, in the face of the storm,
To weather the challenges, and transform.

In the echoes of the past, where memories linger,
I seek to release the doubts, that point and trigger,
To let go of the criticisms, the judgments and fears,
