Self-Forgetting By Camp-Fire Poem by james watkin

Self-Forgetting By Camp-Fire

Self-forgetting by camp-fire;
In sleep, as unaware.
Times alone, while yet alive
Are resigned to His care.

Under that heaven of stars.
And which, peopled, a one
Is with angelic concern;
As sparkly eyed among.
