September Solace Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

September Solace

Rating: 5.0

September is here,
I'm stricken with fear,
For this is the month of the spiders!
That venture inside, from the coldness outside,
We never know when they're beside us.
It's that time when they mate,
There's one near my gate!
He's heading for solace in my house,
Let's lock the door!
I'm chilled to the core,
Well pal, you're staying right out!
