Serenity Poem by Holly Jamestone

Serenity

If you were a child of God
Who somehow lost your way
If love were skewed and paths obscured
And faith were swept away

If days were long and cuts were deep
And edges seemed to tatter
If you are still and listening
Then God is who will matter

If you'd let him beckon you
Toward his guiding light
You'd quickly know and learn from him
That things will be all right

Believe and let him strengthen you
And be your angel wings
To lift you up when you can't fly
And help you know all things

To feel the love and memories
The reminiscing deep
To soothe your heart and give to you
SERENITY to keep
