Seven Notes Poem by Octavian Cocos

Seven Notes

Seven notes, like seven lords,
Sometimes written on a stave,
Come out of the vocal chords
And flow like a charming wave.

Seven notes that cheer us all
When we listen them aloud
In the air will rise and fall
Always gathered in crowd.

Seven sounds, so sweet and nice,
Tickle gently our ears,
For our lives they're the best spice
And they don't have any peers.

Each of them shines like a star,
And they say, or so it seems,
Our value is by far
Greater when we work in teams.
