Severe Panic Attacks Poem by Terence George Craddock

Severe Panic Attacks

we may not know this person
we may be total strangers
but we share a common humanity
we are linked in chains of creation
can we not spare a little sensitivity
can we not share a little empathy
can we not spare a little precious time
can we not gift help to suffering victims...

important is this misunderstood
frightening alienating medical condition
perhaps if a few people will understand
spread a few ripples of understanding
supportive care when a sentive soul suffers
a panic attack within their circle of social interaction...

we can spread a rare beautiful compassion seed
to flower in beauty in heart mind beautiful souls...
