Shade Does Not Matter Poem by Hebert Logerie

Shade Does Not Matter

Rating: 5.0

Color has nothing to do with beauty
Shade has nothing to do with beauty
Lighter shade, darker shade
That's the story of lemonade
Green lime, yellow lemon
Both are full of vitamin C
Remember this lesson
Color has nothing to do with beauty
Appearance can be misleading
Conniving and indeed deceiving
Beauty is not everything
The inner beauty has no shade, no color
Be honest and sincere like a flower
The sun, region and genes have a lot to do
With the color of the skin
The moon is standing silently like a pin
Like a mannequin who has no clue
About ignorance, unfairness and racism
In a world full of nonsense and fanaticism.

" The inner beauty has no shade, no color" . A very factual testimony. It is the beauty of the soul that truly beautifys....10
