Shadow Reflections
Reflections of shadows shining across windows and
mirrors of past lives, echoing events of yesterday.
Leaves of memories drift into my mind, introducing
old feelings felt back then.
Occasionally, a backdrop of silent tears enter
moments and bring life to a grinding halt.
Stopping heavy pressure from overflowing as steam
shoots into the air.
