Shadows Crossing Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Shadows Crossing

Strident rhythms beating incessantly as I sit here
in the twilight.

Moon looking so pale against the starlit sky, just
watching interiorly, all shadows crossing back and
forth.

Going from reality to imagination, nothing in between
them, joining in a celebration of poetical history as
I sit here in the background.
