Shall We Jettison The Money? Poem by Chuy Amante

Shall We Jettison The Money?

Rating: 5.0

How bad do you want
the big house,
the new car,
the boobz,
the island
the stars
the moons of mars?

Let's build a latter
up out of this box,
I'll be a chicken
and you are a fox

let's get to the edge
and jump daphuck off
food in our tummies
good tires on the bus, we're off!

no bills just hills and sand
got tools and a sack lunch in hand

let's go be fun
let's go live
let's play expansively
LIKE KIDS
like that wild rabbi said

a peace trip a luv-in everywhere
