Shall We Sit Together Poem by Matthew Holloway

Shall We Sit Together

Shall we sit together
And watch each season pass
Our hands entwined together
Fingers locked, holding
Every night and day shared
Each memory crafted as one
Shall we sit together my sweet
And let time slip us by
Shall we grow old and experienced
With memories to share
With laughter to remember
Shall we sit together
And reminisce sometime
On how it all began
Shall we sit together my love
And begin chapter one
