She was almost there
Asking me if I was happy here
What was my intention further?
And how was I taking care?
She was exactly the same
I loved her so much and called by name
She smiled and responded well
She had something in mind to tell
"You are same as you were before"
"Naughty and was bitten therefore"
Do you remember I used to thrash?
You will run to washroom for wash
I was astonished at her minute details
How she was reminding me about ails
What was I doing and later on crying?
How was she serving me with good food in the evening?
I loved mom dearly than to anybody else
She was keeping me in good mood when finding tense
She was idol and not less than goddess
She may say" Always cheer up and keep smile on face"
I may become restless when she used to fall sick
Pray to God secretly for recovery and wait for clock to tick
To hear the news that she is fine and back to normal
I used to breathe heavily upon her arrival
We were ordinary people but she was rich at heart
She was expert in hiding the pain as beautiful art
She will not let me know even if house ran some shortages
She may, by her effort, skillfully try and manage
I have direct link with her and converse freely
She may appear in memory readily
I am still kid in her eyes and expect warm embrace
Is till run after her and chase
Such is mother for all kids
Even if you grow old, she may be prepared to lead
Help in a ways possible for mankind
If not physically then by way of showing some clues in mind
