Shepherd's Heart

Thank You Lord for Your Shepherd's heart
In the caring for of Your sheep
Not Your will that any should perish
Praise God Your love is that deep
If any has gone the extra mile
It's been You Lord to lead the way
Trying time after time and time again
To save those who've gone astray

You put obstacles in our way
To try and bring us to our senses
Sadly oftentimes we set them aside
Not aware that they were meant to bend us
For it's not until we see ourselves
As sinners that are lost and undone
Will we ever cry out unto the Saviour
And be saved by the Crucified One

All we like sheep have gone astray
Some...time after time after time
That's why the Lord will come seeking one soul
And leave behind the ninety and nine
Is He your Shepherd yet...He can be you know
Are you that one out from the fold
Look! Here's the Shepherd...He careth for you!
There's none else that careth for souls!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
